2008 Winning Ideas Weekend

Free To Choose Network launched its first annual Winning Ideas Weekend in New York City on June 19-22, 2008. The weekend at the Marriot Marquis featured an electric gathering of renowned economists, philosophers, journalists, scientists, grandparents, moms, dads and children. Activities ranged from a speech by Wall Street Journal columnist John Fund, to a video workshop for the younger-generation attendees, to panels on global warming by renowned scientists, and a trip to the Hayden Planetarium to gaze at the stars.
